Can I split my transaction between different payment methods?
Unfortunately, we are only able to accept one payment method per transaction.
Will tax be applied?
Tax will be calculated based on the total value of merchandise, applied as governed by state sales tax regulations based on the ship to state, and will be displayed on your Order Summary in the 4th step of the payment process.
I have a promotional code or gift card code. How do I apply?
Once at checkout, enter the gift card or discount code in the upper right corner and click "apply".
Can I modify my order?
We are unable to update or edit orders. If an order has already been processed, any cancellation or adjustment requests cannot be granted.

How will I know my order has shipped?
Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your package until it arrives at your door.
What should I do if my order hasn’t arrived?
If your order hasn’t arrived within 35 days, contact our customer support team. We offer a 35-day shipping guarantee—we will send a replacement free of charge.
Can I track my package internationally?
Yes, all orders are shipped with tracking. Depending on the shipping carrier and country, tracking updates may take 24–72 hours to appear.
What happens if my package is lost or delayed?
In rare cases, packages may be delayed due to customs, weather, or carrier issues. If your package is lost or significantly delayed, contact us, and we will resend your order at no extra cost.
Do you ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses?
Yes, we ship to P.O. boxes and APO/FPO addresses. Delivery times may vary slightly depending on carrier routes.

Are Shepiy's Prices in US Dollars?
All of our prices are in US dollars unless a different currency is clearly marked to the left of the price — for example, CAD 1,050, £1,050, or AUD 1,050.
If you're browsing from Canada, the UK, or Australia, you may see prices in your local currency by default. For other countries, you can change your country by using the dropdown menu in the top right corner of the website. If a country’s currency is not supported, prices will display in USD.
Are Shepiy's Prices Flexible?
We offer excellent value by providing our socially conscious products at the lowest possible price, generally lower than many traditional retailers offer for standard products. As a result, we cannot offer additional discounts or negotiated prices.

There is a waitlist for my size—is this piece out of stock?
The sizes listed are displayed with real-time accuracy for our site’s stock. It is rare that we restock items when they sell out, but if you sign up for a waitlist, we will notify you if an item is returned or another batch is added to our site.
How do I access my account if I have forgotten my password?
You will be able to request a password change below the area of login labeled “Forgot your Password?” which will direct you to our password portal. If you are experiencing any issues resetting it, please reach out to our customer service team.
